2014 guide-books: William Fèvre achieves great results
The William Fèvre wine-estate was ranked amongst the most outstanding wine-estates by the guide-book Bettane & Desseauve for the fourth year in a row. William Fèvre was cited in this guide 12 times, as the Chablis Les Clos 2011 which was characterized as premium wine with a score of 18,5 out of 20. Regarding the other 2 grands crus Preuses and Bougros Côte Bouguerots, they reached the score of 18 out of 20.
In the Gilbert & Gaillard guide they preferred to highlight the following wines : on the one hand the Chablis Grand Cru Bougros 2011 which shows a great potential for the next years; on the other hand the estate-grown Chablis 2011 for its vividness, elegance.
As for the Hachette guide it awarded 1 star to the premier cru Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 2011 as well as to the Chablis and Saint-Bris from the same vintage.
These dazzling results are the fruits of great requirement and reveal that every stage of the wine-making is carried out with some loving care in the William Fèvre wine-estate.
