Vintage 2014 : indicators are on green
After a week of harvest stress gives way to relief at last…
The crop is now in a safe place and the winery team have taken over the elaboration the wines.
The yields finally complied with the norm and the grapes which had been picked under ideal weather conditions were healthy and ripe, with good alcohol and acidity levels.
Although it is too early to have a precise idea of the 2014 vintage, we can expect concentrated, rich, pure and very fresh wines.
This array of signs proves reassuring. A few more months to go before the first bottles of the 2014 vintage can be appreciated.
