The harvest is over
The harvest of our Domaine lasted 7 days.
We are very pleased with the quality, this vintage is shifting towards a typical Chablis vintage, rich and mineral.
Quantities are variable according to plots. The yields for Chablis village are normal, but they are lowest for the Grand Crus and slightly higher for the Premier Crus, compared to last year.
