Harvests 2013: the kick-off was given at William Fèvre
On that morning of September 30th one could easily sense that the wine-estate was in the turmoil of significant days.
The pickers who joined the team of the domain to give them a hand could feel the very first bunches of the next vintage at last.
The maturation of chardonnays went together with stages of intense heat then of light rainfalls in spite of which the crop has remained in satisfying sanitary conditions, unveiling great acidities which indicate some Chablis full of minerality.
As is done every year the harvest will be respectful of their terroir singularities
The earliest plots as the Vaudésir, Vaillons, Bougros, have taken the lead for about eight days on the whole wine-estate
